  • This applies to any product purchased after 1st February 2017
  • This applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable
  • Check the back of Vision’s product manuals for more detailed conditions

Process:

  • Request a credit. Resellers should contact Vision’s distributor in your region to raise an RMA. You will need the original invoice reference. If you are an end-user ask the reseller you purchased from to raise an RMA for you.

LIFETIME RETURNS

Vision also has a lifetime return; we’ll take back any unopened pristine stock and issue a credit against the original invoice – even if the item is EOL.

Conditions:

  • The items must be unopened, and the cartons must be in excellent condition. We can’t sell it if it is in poor condition.
  • We can only take back products which appear as a line on the original invoice. Example:
    • You have 50 x loose Techconnect HDMI modules left over from packages. You never bought 50 x or more individual HDMI modules: we cannot issue a credit.
    • As above, but you have at some time brought 50 x or more individual modules. As long as the modules are packaged and labelled we can issue a credit against the invoices where you bought them as individual items.
  • This applies to any product purchased after 1st February 2017
  • This applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable

Process:

  • Request a credit. Resellers should contact Vision’s distributor in your region to raise an RMA. You will need the original invoice reference. If you are an end-user ask the reseller you purchased from to raise an RMA for you.
